Wine Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup Sherry wine
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Beat 5 minutes and pour into greased bunt pan.

Bake 350 degrees

40-50 minutes
