Grilled Peaches With Cinnamon Caramel Sauce

4-6 peaches, ripe but not too mushy

Slice in half and remove pit.
Slide on to skewer
Grill about 4 minutes

Serve with sauce

Cinnamon Caramel Sauce

1 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsps flour
2 tbsps butter
1 cup boiling water
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla

Mix sugar and flour in a pot, Stir in boiling water.
Cook until slightly thick.

Add butter and simmer about 8 minutes
Remove, add cinnamon and vanilla and blend well.
Serve warm on warm peaches
