Beef Satay

Soak skewers in water. Can be cut in half to make finger food size portions.

4 cloves garlic
1-2 fresh chilis chopped
1 small piece of ginger minced – about 1 tsp
1/2 tsp tumeric
2 tbsps coriander
2 tsp cumin
3 tbsps soy sauce
4 tbsps fish sauce
5-6 tbsps light brown sugar
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1/8 tsp cardamom

Mix all well in a food processor and then pour into a zip loc bag.

Add 1-1/2 lbs of thinly sliced beef. Seal bag and “smoosh” to coat all.
Refrigerate 1-24 hours.

Skewer the beef and grill 3-4 minutes per side.
